When you will receive your order is dependent on a number of factors, such as our internal fulfillment time, selected shipping service and customs (if you reside outside the United States). We make our best effort to ship new orders within 7-10 business days of receiving them, provided all items on the order are in stock.

If your order contains a combination of in-stock and preorder items, the order will ship once the preorder items become available. We strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items if you don't wish to delay their delivery time.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC STATEMENT: Due to enhanced safety protocols at Coffin Comics Shop and at mail and parcel carriers, order fulfillment may longer than usual. Further, delays in customs offices have become fairly common, especially with USPS. We appreciate everyone's understanding!

International and APO/FPO/DPO (overseas military) customers

Your delivery time may be delayed by your jurisdiction's customs office. Please understand that we have no control over these delays when they do occur, especially during this current pandemic.

Customs & Duties Disclaimer

As an international customer, you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed at your country's border. Customs fees are very common, especially in the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia. Coffin Comics Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, Coffin Comics cannot accept returns nor issue refunds for the reason of customs and duties fees.

Legally, we cannot declare your purchased items as "Gifts" on your package's customs declaration paperwork. We also cannot undervalue line items on customs declarations. We appreciate your understanding!
