This is the host hotel and where the festival is happening! You'll pick up your registration and pre-orders here.
Everything else on the schedule (other than the HQ Tour) will be happening here! This will be the home base for the Fiends to swarm at all hours!

These are IMPORTANT pieces of info we believe you should know before the event!
Badge Shipping - There is no shipping for badges and lanyards! They are only available for pick up at the event itself.
Please see the "Registration" section of the schedule above and the note about Thursday below!
Thursday Registration - The registration table for badge pickup will be located across from the Sheraton's front desk on Thursday from 9 - 6.
Friday - Sunday badge pickup will be at the Exhibit Hall Front Entry as noted above on the schedule.
Pre-Order Pickup - To get everybody their goodies faster and you back to the action sooner, please have your Order # and a valid ID ready when you go to pick up your Pre-Order!
The name on the ID should match the name on your order. Only you can pick up your order. No exceptions!

Live Stream - For all "Can't Attend" pass holders, you will receive an email with a link to the live stream of the event before the event begins! Be on the lookout for that email and reach out to inquiries@coffincomics.com if you need help.
Brian Pulido Creator Signing - Friday, 12 noon - 4 PM. This is a great time to get BP’s signature. CGC will also be on hand.

HQ Tour Transportation - There are no shuttles provided by Coffin Comics to HQ. You must get your own transportation. Rideshare, carpool with other fiends, open a portal (if you know how to do the last one — share how with us!).

HQ Tour Access - You need your Swornfest attendee badge in order to get into the Coffin Comics building!
Go to the Swornfest event registration area at the Mesa Sheraton and get your lanyard/badge before heading to HQ!
Sheraton Event Center Rules - NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BOOZE in the Exhibit Hall! Any food purchased on property can be brought in to the exhibit hall – and any personal snacks are fine. This rule is referring to ordering in outside food from another vendor for the group – like bringing in an order/delivery from Grubhub, Uber Eats, or another caterer.
